New Tenant Improvement consisting of 2,000 sq. ft. of Mexican restaurant amenities which include a Lobby, Dining areas, Restrooms, Homemade Tortilla Station and Full Service Kitchen. In addition to the spatial design of the required restaurant features, we provided full interior design of the project from the arched rustic wall niches to the flooring, countertops and furniture pieces to compliment the Spanish style design. Local city agencies and Health department approvals were sought to complete this project.
