Single Family residence major remodel consisting of over 50% of floor area renovated with an additional 500 sq. ft. of expanded Kitchen, Game Room, Den and an additional Bedroom was added. Entire roof framing was adjusted to accommodate a 5:12 slope with a new front entry canopy added for rain coverage. The residence was completely renovated with new interior finishes, lighting, windows, doors, fireplace as well as new exterior stucco and wood trim finish.
