Single family residence located in Newport Beach which involved a major remodel consisting of adding 300 sq.ft of kitchen area along with 90% of the existing home being completely reconfigured with new finishes and appliances throughout. Previous interior low ceilings were reimagined to create open vaulted ceilings in the Dining and Living spaces. All new roofing, fascia, gutters and stucco were provided to enhance the curb appeal of the elevations. Backyard landscaping complete with new fountain and BBQ area were integrated to compliment the newly remodeled building aesthetic.
